I'm anaemic and taking iron tablets to help with this. I've heard that vitamin C helps with iron absorption, so I've been drinking a glass of orange juice with my iron tablet in the mornings. As someone who already eats a lot of fruit, I'm worried about the amount of sugar I'm consuming. Should I be? Also, if I forget to take my tablet at breakfast, I don't want a glass of orange juice with my other meals. What other foods/drinks are good sources of vitamin C?
Thanks in advance.

I had no idea broccoli was high in vitamin C! I do eat a lot of frozen broccoli, so that's really helpful, thanks.0
