small goals work for me

I'm really thrilled I started 45 days ago and set myself a small goal of losing 10lbs knowing also that 4 of those lbs were from a holiday so likely to come off quickly.

I am very sedentary due to my health, so 1lb a week would be fantastic for me.

This morning I made it. I haven't stuck completely to my calorie target but I have stayed close to it most days, with the odd extra 300 calories days thrown in. What has made the difference? My digital scales, eating 3 regular meals a day rather than skipping breakfast and snacking at lunch.

So I need to set a new small goal :D Think I might start doing measurements as well as weight.

    Congrats I also do small targets I am working on a stone at a time nearly at 2 and it works for me to keep me motivated as I guess I was planning to lose around 4 or 5 and to have that mountain to climb I knew I woukd get demotivated so by doing it one at a time ithas been positive for me im still here and still losing and also running which is something I never thought I woukd do
