I have found a love for fruit shakes! They are supposed to be good for your skin, weight, get your daily allotment in, and good for your overall health. I get my fruits and calcium in at the same time.

Banana and Raspberry Shake

1 Medium Banana
5 Raspberries
1/2 Cup Milk (I use 2%)
Splenda (I use 3 packets but I like my drinks very sweet)
1 Cube of ice (it makes it cold. Do not use more than 1 or 2 or it will water down and taste gross)

Blend all these ingredients in a blender until well mixed. This shake is only 170 calories because raspberries do not have that many calories in them!!

Dole Mixed Fruit Shake

1 Cup Dole Mixed Fruit (in the frozen section) thawed
1/2 Cup Milk (2%)
2 Packets of Splenda

Blend until mixed. Add milk until you find a thickness/thinness level you like. This shake is only 153 calories!!!

Strawberry Banana Shake (made with Greek Yogurt for a lot of protein and very filling!!)

1 Chobani 2% Fat Strawberry Banana Greek Yogurt
3/4 Cup Milk (2%)
1 Medium/Large Banana
3 Packets Splenda (or to your taste)

Blend until well mixed. This one is 360 calories BUT it has the greek yogurt in it which will keep you full just like a meal because of the Fiber and Protein. Greek yogurt has double the protein of regular yogurt which you NEED if you are working out!
