Fast Healthy Meals

Hey everyone! Just wondering if anyone has any fast/easy to make healthy meal/snack ideas to share! TIA:heart:

    Egg white omelet with lots of veggies and whole wheat toast
    Banana/apple with peanut butter
    Peanut butter and banana on whole wheat bread
    Hummus and veggies
    Pan seared or grilled chicken breast
    Tuna (either on a salad or on bread)
    Stirfrys are super healthy and relatively quick to make
    Turkey sandwich on whole wheat
    A big salad with lots of veggies
    Hard boiled eggs

    Snacks:
    Any kind of nuts if you don't mind their caloric density
    Greek yogurt
    Fruit
    Protein bars
    Air popped popcorn with little seasoning

    You can make meals ahead of time and freeze them so that you just have to thaw and heat.

    -Not too exciting but grilled chicken and steamed veggies. If you use the chicken tenders it takes just minutes to cook.
    -Fully loaded oatmeal - oats w/ chia seeds, hemp seeds, berries, and some maple syrup
    -Grilled salmon with sauteed greens and peppers seasoned with coriander
    -If you buy precut or spend some time at the beginning of the week cutting veggies, can make quick sandwiches or wraps
    -Tortilla roll up with banana and nut butter
    -Steamer bag rice is quick. Could sautee a few chopped veggies and egg to add in for fried rice
    -Smoothies are a great go-to snack. I usually make up 4 green smoothies at a time. I don't use dairy in them and they freeze wonderfully. Just take them out a day ahead of time.
    -Veggies and hummus for snack
    -Smashed avocado with veggies and crackers
    -If you have cooked chicken in the fridge, or pick up a rotissiere chicken, quesadillas can be quick and easy
    -taco salad using canned beans (great for day your forget to defrost some meat)
