2 pounds too fast?

I've been losing weight fairly slowly until this week. I've lost 2 pounds in about 4 days, with no change in measurements (if anything, my waist might be bigger?). Is this bad? Or no big deal?

i believe that as long as you are eating and exercising in healthy manners then it is fine. There are some weeks I might maintain or lose less than a pound; others I've lost 2 - 4 pounds. Good luck on your journey.0

It could be anything, too, not just fat.
The general rule is 2 lbs./week of fat.
You could have lost muscle, glycogen stores, water weight, etc. If you firmly believe that it's all fat, then yeah it may be too much if it's a consistent every week loss. But if it could be anything else (a particularly hard strength training workout this week?) don't worry about it.0
