BLOATING!!

I need serious help. All I do is bloat. After everything I eat and drink that isn't water. I eat a single banana, bloated. I drink green tea, bloated. I've been to the doctors, got treated for constipation, that was sorted but its back again. I was tested for celiac came back negative. I cant cut out my high fibre breakfasts as I am scared I will get constipation again. Im literally always bloated. I go to bed feeling really sluggish and wake up to find my stomach bloating has gone down a bit but my stomach is incredibly tense and hard with sharp pains until I eat. Once every few months I'll wake up and its gone. But its hard to lose weight when the scales wont budge because it looks like I have a food baby! Im willing to listen to any suggestions honestly. Note that I have a very sensitive stomach eg when I eat fast food I wake up in the middle of the night feeling as If I will throw up, it even happens when I eat chips or anything that is unhealthy
