well things have been going great for the past few weeks but recently it seems that my weight loss has been taking off. Ive been steadily loosing .5 of a pound every day for the past little while then this morning i checked and its a whole pouind loss. So that means that i am loosing 3.5 lbs a week and it seems to have jumped. Should i be concerned about this rapid weight loss? I do eat all my calories and i havent exercized in two weeks. I dont eat after 7 pm and mainly eat the same things everyday
Breakfast:
1 cup cereal
.75 cup 2% milk
10 am
1 piece of fruit
12 pm
1 sandwich
on ww bread with miracle whip
mustard tom lettuce
2 pm
yogurt
5 pm
1 can tuna or 1 chicken breast no sauce
1 can of vegetables
7 pm
1 bag of 100 cal popcorn
or 1 100 cal jos. Louis cake
do you think there is a problem

I've been doing that same thing losing alot lately..I'm not worried about it, I know I'm eating plenty. Your body is probably just catching up and it'll even out again I'm sure. WTG!!!0

I don't think it's a bad thing at all!! Probably just your body adjusting. It looks like you're eating enough. Just enjoy the weight loss!
Just a theory: Maybe when you were exercising, you were underestimating your calories burned and not eating enough to lose weight. That's just my theory, from what I've learned since being on here.0 -
3.5 pounds a week is a bit much. If it doesn't level off soon, I would readjust your BMI BMR, and up your calories a little bit.0

I'm guessing for those of us whose scale isn't budging even a little bit wish we had half of your problem. If it continues two weeks from now, better check with a doctor. Could simply as simple as a thyroid issue. Skinny doesn't always equal healthy. Take care of yourself.0

thanx everyone As i was saying i just thought that maybe my body was drastically changing too much maybe it was abad sighn. I know people here are having a very hard time and i didnt want to say this comming off as some sorta b#@$^. LOL just concerned it just seemed like too much too quickly and i kow i dont want to put it back on again in the future. I also dont want to loose all my muscles too. Yeah i thought that maybe i was not compensating enough for my exercizes but i wasnt exercizing and like sweating buckets too so i just put 200 cals burned in 30 mins of tae bo. I dont think i was burning much more if any more than that. Yeah if it keeps comming off ike this i may have to go to the doctors. or just may have to increase my cals a little to slow it down a bit! But who knows maybe next week ill plateau again and be stuck for a few weeks!0
