Water exercise frequency

I've been doing a water aerobics class M/W/F, as much as I can anyways, that is geared towards increasing joint flexibility mostly for arthritis or joint injury recovery. Yesterday, I snuck into a higher cardio water aerobics class that is offered T/TH. The joint class has been really good for my knee but I really enjoyed the higher intensity class yesterday. My question is, Is it doing too much to do all 5 classes every week? My other exercise during the week varies depending on my mood but a mile a day walk is always on the schedule, pups don't like missing their walk. I'm also doing some weights. Until recently it's been centered on lower body, rebuilding the strength in my left leg, but I've started some upper body lately as well.

So, input?

I think if it fits your schedule and you enjoy it then it's not too much. And it still leaves you with a couple rest days (except for your walks).

Depending on how high intesity the extra classes are you may need to adjust your calories, but I'd see how you feel over the next week or two and adjust if needed.
