No Appetite w/increased exercise?

I am wondering if it is normal to see a huge decrease in appetite w/a lot exercise? A little background. . . .I am 128 lbs currently & only 4'9" so I really have struggled with getting to my "ideal" weight of 84-114 lbs.
I know the suggestion is to never go below 1200 cals a day for women however I have reaserched what little people should eat. . . which I am considered although it is proportionate dwarfism. . . and it recommended for them to eat about 1000 cals a day.
So. . .the last 2 wks in order to get over a weight loss plateau I have done ALOT of working out. . . for example last week fp log shows I burnt almost 3000 cals that week in exercise.
My question; I have NO appetite at all. I am making myself eat but it feels like a huge chore. It is 1:15 now and I have forced myself to eat a boiled egg. . .and am working on a tiny salad w/chicken breast in it for some protein.
Is this normal from my body adjusting? I would think the exercise would make me hungrier?
And no I am not intentionally starving myself in hopes of losing weight so please don't feel the need to let me know how unhealthy that is. I am eating!!

A lot of people with anorexia nervosa use exercise to cut appetite, although it doesn't work for everyone, but that could be a reason why you aren't hungry.

Exercise can have an effect on your hunger hormones that could be causing this. I recommend speaking to your doctor about the ideal amount of calories for a person of your size.

I find when I exercise a lot I am hungrier on rest days. I let myself go a bit over on rest days because of huge deficits on exercise days.

Thanks. . . I looked it up online & talked to a friend who is a personal trainer and both confirmed it is due to a release of certain hormones. Trust me. . . .I am not anorexic!! I eat & do not think I am fat etc, etc, I just went from being hungry to feeling full all day w/out eating. I guess this is a good thing if trying to lose weight but not so good if it is overboard which it is. Eating has become a struggle. Trainer suggested cutting back to 60 mins or less of aerobic exercise & adding in more weight training so I will do that this week. Thanks :)
