Been using MFP since September and LOVE it. Makes things a lot easier. I have made a dinner menu for years and within the last year started making a breakfast menu (I am no longer working so I have the time to make breakfast for my husband before he goes to work). So it's very easy to 'plug in' our breakfasts & lunches and know how many calories & fat grams we have left for lunch and snacks.

I am 22 pounds into my journey and doing well so far...we do not 'diet' we eat pretty much what we want, but in moderation, choosing healthier alternatives and smaller portions.

Looking forward to meeting people with similar journeys and lifestyles!
