Any fat burning cardio should help slim down your middle area.0 -
Cardio, cardio, cardio. I know a lot of people don't like to hear that but it is so true. If you can afford to get the "Insanity" series by Team Beach Body, it would be worth your money. I'm not sure when your wedding is but you will see results within the first 2 weeks of the program. It is a 60 day program total. I was able to find a used set on Craigslist that was cheaper. I am now on the lookout for Turbo Fire.
If you can't do that, definitely do interval training . . . go hard for 3 minutes straight (Varying your exercises . . . 30 sec. of jumping jacks, 30 sec. of running in place, 30 sec. of virtual jump rope, 30 sec. butt kicks, etc.) Then, take a 30 sec. break. Start up again . . . repeat until you reach at least 20-30 minutes of doing cardio. This strategy shocks your body and teaches it to recover faster so you can start up again. Here is some more information about it: http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/tipsandtricks/a/Intervals.htm
I hope this information helps.0
