HI! I love the following recipes... and they don't taste like diet food. TRUST ME!!!

Zucchini noodles (make sure to sweat them with salt and rinse and dry) heat with parmesean and Light Prego sauce- have as much as you want and you are FULL with many cals to spare

Steamed broccoli (I keep steamed B in a container with dry paper towel in fridge to use throughout week) heat in a bowl with an egg, salsa, and a tbsp of cream cheese- this sounds weird, but is so so good. I tried eating on a tortilla for bfast and ended up throwing out the tortilla since it was great on it's own. Trust me on this one, guys.

Tri colored Bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes all rough chopped. Feta cheese. Balsamic vinegar, dash of EVOO, grated garlic as dressing. It is amazeballs.

Tips:
1. I buy a big thing of chicken breasts every month and poach them all at once, then shred and put into individual containers and freeze all but one. This way, you have healthy chicken to make a sandwhich, throw in a soup, on a salad, mix with franks buffalo sauce (calorie free!!! ) or salsa for some tacos...

2. I keep a bag that has both chopped cilantro and green onions to throw onto anything to make it taste super fresh. store with a dry paper towel. It keeps for weeks.

3. Store any wet cut veggie or lettuce with a dry paper towel and change it out when it gets wet. Lettuce, zucchini, tomatoes last much longer.... not necessary for veggies like carrots.

4. HELUVA GOOD GREEK FIRE ROASTED VEGETABLE DIP makes any veggie palatable if you need a little something extra. Also, replace anything with Mayo with this stuff. It's amazingly delicious.
