Love&hate body relationship

Some days I'll feel like a ballerina and some days I'll feel like a whale..(seriously...lol!)I don't necessarily think it's any of my diet and/or exercise..it's been like this as long as I can remember. Does anyone ever experience this once in a while? Like I will feel soo hood about my body and then there will be some days where I feel like total *kitten*..I try to ignore it but ughh it is frustrating!
