Why did I gain 3+pounds this week?

THIS IS FOR ADVICE AND PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:

Ik i have talked about this before but im struggling even more! been struggling like 2 weeks ago went from 107.4 to 109.0 than like end of last week got back down to 107.6 but this week it went up to 108.4+ lbs and i dont know what to do!! Like ive been doing more lunges and squats also drive by inner thighs couple times a day and i need to quit snacking on pretzels but still i dont get why i could of gained?! Can drinking ton more water for couple days help? I drink like none but im gonna try today is first day of drinking more water. My legs are sooo sore inner thighs cause today is my 4th day doing drive by inner thighs Also im short 5'1" so this is healthy weight range btw. I also want to reach my weight goal (number) because I felt confident at it and I was happy for once, I was my goal about year ago and been struggling a lot this year with getting around their and keeping it around that tbh. I eat around 1000-1300 at highest because I usually eat low cal recipes and things that don't have a ton calories but I did have to gain weight last year because I got to low and it was not good so i have ice cream at night cause they said it was dense calories i still have it but like im pretty sure it has not affected me that much. I have a parfait in morning kind of a brunch so like 200 calories and dinner healthy thing i make or a lower cal salad at a restaurant and nght snack was and is ice cream like bowl my mom has same and if I am good i wont snack on pretzels. im so lost and not sure what is happening.

Why did i gain?? Should i not have diet soda quit pretzels for awhile and should i quit ice cream for couple days? Like i have been eating same besides the pretzels for almost a month or more now i just dont get it

You need to read all the responses in your previous two posts on this same subject.

Eat less. No really. It's not magic. You are eating too much to lose weight. Doing a bit more exercise wont make much difference. Doing a lot more exercise might if you can handle it. But wouldn't it be better to skip the pretzels?

This has been stated in your other threads, but:

It's water weight. The body fluctuates every day, and even from one hour to the next, due to water and food intake, perspiration, urination, defacation, etc. I'm not sure what number you're going for but since you're less than 10 lbs from underweight I would, if I were you, stop worrying so much about the number, eat more (particularly protein) and work on weight training. Even if there was a number in the past where you felt like it was where you wanted to be, obsessing over natural body fluctuations indicates that even if you reach that number you won't feel like it's enough. It's better to throw out the scale and work on body recomposition if you don't like the way you look In the mirror.

Wait a minute. A person does not have to give up anything to lose weight, they just need to eat less than they burn.

How do you know she's eating too much to lose weight and that it's not natural fluctuation or water retention? The kid is worried about weight going from 108 to 100, back down, then up again.

That doesn't sound like weight gain to me from eating too much, it sounds like normal weight fluctuation.

I used the term "kid" as a general term as in someone who is way WAY younger than me.

So let me get this straight. You gained 0.8 pounds (ZERO point EIGHT) and you think you're struggling? I think you're doing fine and since you said you're in the healthy range, you're doing fine weight-wise. I wouldn't get stressed out about this for one second.
