Ok So I have started a paper route. I only do it once a week so I wanted to add it as exercise. Today it took me 4 hours of walking with a 5-10 pound bag of papers. I stopped only once and I have deducted that from my time to get my 4 hours of walking. I also had 2 shirts, 2 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of socks, coveralls, hat, coat, gloves, and scarf to help weigh me down! Does anyone know how I can log this? This will be a regular occurance once a week for me through the entire winter so if I could find one way of logging it every week it would really help me out. Thanks for your suggestions ahead of time.
