It says I'm not eating enough...

I'm having trouble meeting requirements for calories consumed. Though I'm on here to lose weight, for the last week every day I've finished logging I've gotten a notification that I'm not eating enough (only about 1100-1200 calories/day on average). I have a history with anxiety disorders and don't want to end up with an ED, and my best friend is getting concerned. Does anyone have tips on how I can combat the feelings of anxiety when eating so that I can get enough to lose weight in a healthy way?

  • Try logging after you've eaten instead of before. Then you're not as focussed on the calories usually

First, without opening your diary it is impossible for the community to see what you're eating and make informed recommendations on how to improve.

Second , let's go back to the beginning and make sure your goals are realistic and that you're not setting yourself up for failure. How old are you? Height? Current weight? Goal weight? Desired loss per week? How active are you (not including deliberate exercise)? How much and what exercise do you currently do?
