I'm pretty new to myfitnesspal. Actually, I've been tracking my food for over a month, but haven't used any been a part of the myfitnesspal community at all.

Since graduated from college I've gained about 8 pounds that I would really love to get rid of. It seems that every time I near my goal I slip up and end up right back where I started. I would love to have support from other members of the community as a form of accountability in my eating.

I love to run and am very interested in fitness and health, so I'm excited to read other individual's posts and the discussion boards.
