Hello SizzBoom here from Kansas. I started My weight loss Oct.16th of this year. To date I have lost 35 lbs. I started at 285. My goal weight is 180 lbs. I just wantd to post and say hello.

    Welcome to MFP. You and I are starting about the same time and have the same goals. You have lost more than me so far but you had a couple of weeks start on me.

    Would love to share the journey with ya... and you are a neighbor to boot.
