Need help getting over the hump

I have lost about 100 pounds in a year. I have done it by completing some beachbody workouts like Insanity, hip hop abs, T25, and now rockin body. I also changed what I eat. I don't eat chips, soda, sweets, or milk. Also I rarely eat out. This has worked so far but now I have hit a wall. I can't get over this 240 hump. My goal is to lose 62 more pounds but that seems to be so hard. Can any one give me some suggestions on losing the last bit of weight and reach my goal.

Try calorie-counting and creating a deficit?0

Are you having trouble with motivation and sticking with a calorie deficit? Or are you eating less calories than you are using and still not losing?0

I am having trouble eating properly. I work a lot of hours and I don't get home till late so I don't make great food choices. Also I don't really know how to cook so the microwave is my best friend lol.0
