C25K upload to MFP?

Well, it's been too many years of not running. And, for a non-runner I've decided to get back in the program using C25K. I have the C25K app on my phone and my fitness pal on my phone and I'm wondering if c25k will automatically upload into my fitness pal. If yes, what do I need to do? Thanks in advance.
