Still full in the morning!

Hey guys and gals! Quick question.
So you wake up, it's time for breakfast, and you're still very full from last night. What do you do? Do you eat your full amount like normal (for me 200-300cal.) or eat half amount and risk not having your metabolism geared fully for he day? My lunches are set at about 800cals, nothing I can do to change them, so I can't just eat a bigger/smaller lunch.
Thanks a bunch!!

I can't honestly say I could relate to that because I eat dinner at 6:30-7 and I don't eat anything after 7pm and wake up at 6am always hungry. But I will say that no matter what, you should always eat something for breakfast, even if it's just an apple. It jump starts your metabolism for the day. And in my experience I'm more likely to snack on unhealthy things if I don't have a good breakfast. Hope that helps.0

nygal, thanks ^_^ I know not to skip breakfast, that's a total no-no lol. As long as the quantity doesn't matter much, sounds good- thanks!0
