Good morning people of this community~ or I suppose afternoon. I'm new here. I joined just to understand more about health and excersize. It's neat that there's a food Diary. It's a lot easier to keep track this way, though the calories may not be completely correct or such. I started again mainly because I feel like I'm not really doing anything in my life- So yeaaaa. I like sports, video games, friendly competitiveness. Anyways see you around.

    Hello, if the calories aren't totally correct, they are close, and you can add and edited version. I find the diary really helps a lot and keeps me in line. Everything on here is somewhat of a guide, even exercise. It is just amazing I am moving like I am now. I have grown fairly attuned to my body and eating habits and can adjust where needed. Good luck in your health and plan.
