    I'm sure the cabbage soup is a great cleanser ...not sure of what, why or how 7 days makes it any better. Maybe placebo.

    There is a reason why it's 35 years old and not being used. It is a fad that doesn't work. People drive me nuts trying to find loopholes for weight loss to get out of putting in the work and effort.

    Actually it's still being used and promoted quite often. And it does work, just not long term.

    Cabbage soup is a great toilet cleanser...after the explosive diarrhea you'll have to scour your toilet clean.

    If you poop with enough force to do the scouring for you (it would look a lot like hydraulic mining), all you have to do is flush. :smile:

    Also good for clearing rooms with farts that will have DHS hazmat crews arriving in truckloads.
