exercise with knee injury

I know I should rest it and let it heal but I'm tired of sitting around I have sprained my knee twice this summer and it has keep me down from working out. I love to do zumba and became an zumba instructor. However I know right now I cant handle taking zumba but want to be active still. What are some suggestions I can do until my knee is better and can do running and zumba?
