First Would be A Carrot Cake.. ( lots of organic carrots from Csa box)

And a Gf Biscotti Recipe!.. just purchased potato flour in a lark.. & it had a Biscotti recipe in Italian!

I'd love a tried Recipe that you've Personally done & can recommend.

I'm not in to sweets.. But love Biscotti because they are not ";"

The Carrot Cake May be A Challenge.

Not a big baker,but made a crisp with Almond me alone & it got Raves.
This is not baking ..per se.. like a cake.. or Biscotti.. What do You Use.. that can also be adapted to a Zuke Cake?

    Babynew, Just use Gluuteny flour for any of your baking needs...any recipe. It comes out fantastic. Just make sure all you use is Gf. Like vanilla etc (I use Aldi's..it's GF).

    Thanks Patti.. the dang place is up the street.. & I've yet to get there!.. Ive tried Trader's ap.GF... But haven't baked with it.
    Never Gave it a thought to check Vanilla for gluten! Just usuallg get 100% pure or use vanilla beans.Same with Almond.huh ";" good to know ;')
