I started my transformation goals August 1 and am participating in a 90 day challenge at Life Time Fitness. The trainer suggested this site to track my calories and track my goals. 2 weeks in and I am finding I could use some extra motivation to achieve my goals. so I thought I would reach out here. My goal is to drop 40 pounds.
