Hi I am using Myfitnesspal to get healthier.

My husband and I both noticed how much we've let our exercise regimen go in between all the things that have kept us busy and stressed in the last year. In an effort to get back on track we launched a challenge just before the thanksgiving holiday to not gain any weight throughout the season. We have to work out at least 3 times a week and have set up a special incentive for whoever loses the most. Our ultimate goal is to be healthy though.

That is my story. any tips? suggestions?

    Welcome aboard. Consistency pays off. Log everything and get your exercise in and things will change. Good luck!
