On the Band wagon again

Hey ya'll,
I've been MIA from MFP for a while and I really need motivation and any tips I can trying to loose weight is so hard but I have finally started to work on my eating at first I would just workout a lot then stop go on an extreme diet and stop its a never ending roller coaster with me that needs to stop!!! Im 30 so I know its going to be a little more challenging for me but I need to get there. I way 178lbs and I am 5"2 would love to be 130 END GOAL current goal is to workout 3 times a week and eat healthy. currently I am eating Sprouted grain breads if I have bread and turkey meat instead of hamburger and trying to by Simply organic products I heard they are better for you.. God I hope. Thanks for listening and helping me achieve my goals!!!
