Workout Ideas?

I just started my track to losing weight. I've started counting calories this week and am now ready to start incorporating exercise. I work at a hotel at the front desk for 12 hours, three days a week and I'm trying to find exercises I can do while standing at this rectangular desk area. I can't sit but for a few minutes and that's when it's not busy. Everything I have searched and googled is giving me exercises with a desk and a chair. Does anyone have any ideas?

One idea - look up "fitness blender barre workouts". Much of these are based on ballet exercises which are done standing at a bar for some support (your reception desk?)
Admittedly, you might have to pick and choose the exercises which will work. Some might look a bit ridiculous if you're doing them as somebody comes to your front desk to enquire about something. However, many of the exercises (which repetitively challenge the muscles in your legs) could potentially be done whilst drawing minimal attention to yourself (as I assume your lower half is out of view much of the time? )0
