Okay its not real success but

OMG I'm already down 7 pounds in 27 days! Wow! I feel so much better too. Have completely cut out soda (had it once during the diet, wow how did i drink that stuff?), I'm generally following the guidelines -- MFP tells me 1760 per day -- and losing generally a pound a week.

Last week though i lost 3. Still eating the same (more on days in the gym in fact - around 2,000 those days), but the only thing I can think I've changed is the multivitamin. I'm taking GNC Mega Men Energy & Metabolism. It has a little caffeine (100mg) and Black pepper extract. Could this have kicked things into high gear?
