Does anyone have any suggestions on staying regular? This is day 20 of eating clean and I am still waiting for my digestion to get balanced. If its not one way its the other. I drink tons of water and eat plenty of fiber. Ideas?

Could you be getting too much fiber? Excess fiber can have the opposite intended results.

eta: what's fat intake like, too? Getting a balanced diet should help move things. If not, try coffee or something

What Bombshell said. For some of us, too much fiber can bind us up. Couple that with too little dietary fat, and OUCH! In any case, if there's a concern with it, check with your health care provider to rule out any underlying conditions (OP, you say you're one extreme or the other--IBS comes to mind, but I'm no doctor, so...)

But, generally, too little fat and too much fiber can be the cause of constipation.

Definitely check your fat intake. This seems to be a common complaint from people when they start eating "healthy" and suddenly aren't getting enough fat in their diet. Olive & coconut oils, nuts, avocados, etc...

    Good luck!
