Lifting question

So this week I started lifting, only 10 lbs but that's all we have, I do multiple kinds of arm lifts and incorporate 1 of them when doing sit ups. Should I do this 5 days a week and rest on the weekend, do them every other day or daily since they're lighter?

If an exercise is very challenging, like jumping lunges for example, you probably should take a day off, especially if you're sore.
Check Nerd Fitness for a balanced lifting program.

Just saving this post. I am in the same boat JustMe602 and have the same questions. I too just started doing light lifting in the gym recently and body resistance when at home after and I don't really know where to go from there so this is helpful!
