Deep water running

Anyone tried deep water running? Thinking about doing a class tomorrow but have no idea what to expect!

    i did a little while i was injured during my marathon training, i bought one of those belt/floater things.
    it's not bad though. Let us know what you think

    I love it, great to mix up with swimming laps, water aerobics, etc
