What do you guys think about fasting? Like to clear my system out before going back go healthy eating?!:) just all fluid like lemon water , water, green tea , calomile tea and lemon and green tea?:)

No need to fast or drink lemon water and skip food unless you're fasting for a medical procedure under doctor's orders.
If you want to start eating healthier, just start - that's all there is to it! Give your body good food in proper amounts - it will know what to do!0 -

Your kidneys and liver detox your body 'round the clock. Depriving yourself of all foods for a period of time has no real benefits. Feed your body. Track your calories and macronutrients.0 -
I think it's pointless. You aren't flushing anything out, clearing or detoxifying anything.
But as long as you stick with water, juice - normal things and not some ridiculous and dangerous flush! - one day without food won't hurt you.
Ask the doctor, of course! He'll probably say it's stupid but harmless, too, but it don't know, so ASK!0 -
Depends on how long and if it's for a specific reason. I can't do it. I can barely make it to 11a before my stomach is strangling my spine.0

I think for 90% of people fasting would't help you. For someone who is, say wants to be sub 15% body fat, intermittent fasting could be a useful tool. As it applies to the general populous, we don't need it!0

Fasting for religious reasons is okay in my book. It has purpose. Fasting to "clear your system" is pretty pointless. Will it hurt you? Probably not if you do it for a day. Will it help you? Probably not.
Just go back to your healthy eating. If you are finding your plan too restrictive to stick to - make a different plan.0 -
Unnecessary for weight loss and potentially dangerous, just eat at a reasonable deficit, exercise and meet your nutritional needs.0 -
