So I've lost like 17 lbs in the last three months but my clothes aren't fitting any different. Is it possible to loose that much weight and it all be water weight?

usually 5-10 pounds is water, depending on starting weight. Have you been exercising? Thats where I really notice the difference.0

Yes. I've been doing zumba and hiking. I'm trying to remind myself that fat starts coming off of my face before I lose it anywhere else. I've also been eating around 1500 calories a day even on the days I exercise.0

Unfortunately the more you have to lose, the longer it seems to take to really start noticing the loss.
I've lost 42 pounds and just recently my clothes became too big to wear. But I think it was nearly 30 pounds lost before it became noticeable.
As long as you are getting exercise and losing it WILL happen...just give it a bit more time.0 -
Thanks for the comments. The last time I really focused on losing weight, I lost over 30 pounds and still wore the same clothes. I'm really looking forward to having to buy more0
