Have been intermittent fasting for 30 days. Went from 176 to 165 lbs. Using calipers 19.8% to 15.5% body fat.
Target is 155 lbs, 10% body fat.
Doing the Wendler 5 / 3 /1 weight lifting program, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and commuting by bike to work.
I wish I had done this years ago. I feel freakin fabulous.
The Fast Five diet (Intermittent fasting) works for me.

We're starting from roughly the same spot.. Congrats man. Down 7 lbs in 27 days here. Aiming for 160 and around 10-12% BF. I see no reason why you shouldn't be at your goal in about 2-3 months.
What supplements are you taking, if any?0 -
I use whey isolate only on the heavy workout days. Like a day where I cycle home from work, roll at Jiu Jitsu and then do weights.
Maybe 2 to 3 times a week. Otherwise nothing but a multi and fish oil.
I plateau, drop, plateau, drop with no identifiable reasons for the stops and starts.0 -
Don't know what a fast five diet is so can't comment on that, but good onya on the biking and juijitsu!! Isn't it awesome to feel so good about yourself?0
