So i work out every single day but i can't maintain a stable meal plan because of school. I cant start a plan that requires eating every 2-3 hours because i do not have the time to eat during school(except during lunch). Food is also not allowed in class so there is no way i can just have a small snack. I have breakfast around 7 am and lunch is around 12:30 noon and school ends at 3:10pm. I have a small snack usually right after school but i have volleyball from 4-6 so i cant have anything big. Once i get home i seriously cannot hold myself back because i am so hungry. I know that eating after a certain time does not go well with wanting to lose weight so i really don't know what to do. This causes me to gain weight no matter what im not sure what to do.What what would be a good meal plan to go by during school?

Could you possibly add things that are more filling or possibly a small snack set out for after volleyball like some fresh veggies. Baby carrots are great and you can eat quite a bit without damaging your diet so long as you lay off the dressing. My go to after school snack was tortilla chips and salsa. I got the veggies and the carbs that I always craved by then. This being said I'm not sure what other advice to give I'm not a morning eater and even then my first meal of the day may have been the protein bar that I ate right after school before band practice.0

Eating past a certain hour doesn't prevent weight loss as long as you eat less than you burn. Do you have breaks in between classes where you can have a snack if you're hungry? Eat foods that are high in fiber, fat or protein to keep you more full. Also, if you're under 18, you might find this site more helpful: sparkteens.com0

Can you pack a snack like celery sticks or carrots... something crunchy, filling and takes longer to digest and eat it on the way home from volleyball, before dinner? Doing that helps me from pigging out the moment I walk in the door and I can concentrate on making a healthy dinner without taking out the entire pantry first.0
