Current Weight: 156Lbs
Pledge for the 21 Days: 6 to 10Lbs

Ok, Day 1

I had to take a muscle relaxant for my back yesterday so I kind of woke up like a "hangover", but I can't afford to take this pills, I need my brain to take a very important test in 1 month and 3 days

So, my breakfast was ok, I wish I didn't touch any carbs but I need to have a good breakfast for my study immersion for the next 4 hours. Lunch will be more light :ohwell:

I found some menus that go along 21 Days. Probably I will start tight tomorrow because my breakfast was a little out of the 21 days ideal breakfast.
2 eggs minus 1 yolk
Green tea with Splenda
1 piece of bread with fresh cheese

I know, the cheese, not exactly On Plan

I promise to myself lunch will be on plan

Exercise will be in the evening after my study hours. First time I will do this program, feeling very motivated

6 pounds will probably be the very high end of what you'll lose in 21 days. 2 pounds a week is a huge change. Don't set yourself up for failure.

Good luck
