HELLO LADIES!!!

Please post your new weight STARTING on Monday [December 13th]

If you didn't see on the last topic, the number of women who joined was VERY HIGH and so I cut it off.

If you posted BEFORE I cut it off, you will be included in the challenge chart, if not, I am SUPER sorry but there was just too much information to keep track of...my intention was not to make anyone feel left out or unsupported! Feel free to add me as a friend & I'll overwhelm you with support lol

I look forward to hearing from everyone next week & seeing all of your progess already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I'm hoping with all I've done this week, my changing up to increase my calories (started today) and with the weekend (which includes the family business Christmas party), that my weigh in on Monday is in my favor! See you all on the sexy side! :laugh:

    My weigh-in for today is 159.5lbs. I'm actually up higher than that because of TOM but that's just water. I should be back down next week.

    Well I broke the 170 mark and I am at 169. (I hate all numbers that end in 0 they are always the hardest to pass.)

    My starting weight is 157...
    Goal - lose 2lbs a week, so by Feb. 1 I will weigh 143
    Overall Goal is 140 :wink:
  • Here is my weigh-in..... 247.5 today. That darn family Christmas this weekend! I ate too much. I am definitely doing Zumba tonight. I have to work off those kolaches!

  • Ok so I did not lose any weight last week which I am disappointed about.. I lost inches though does that count? I lost 2 inches off my waist and 1 inch off my hips. I am hoping it is due to gaining muscle and losing fat and that next week I will lose a good amount of weight!

    Losing inches is fabulous! I think it's better than lbs.

    Hello Ladies,
    My weight for this week, is 176 lbs. Up one but I had a crazy work xmas party and lunch last week. And yesterday the fiancee convinced me to make it a pizza night to watch football.
    So starting strong today and determined to lose weight. I'm getting pack on Brazil Butt Lift and will probably throw in some INSANITy because I want to tone up for NYEs.

    I totally agree with SerenitytoAccept - losing inches is AWESOME!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! You should be proud of that!

    I feel like I have the opposite problem. I have been losing weight consistently but I have been losing inches sooooooooooo much slower the past several weeks :noway:

    However, I say as long as you're losing one or the other, you are moving in the right direction! :happy:

    Hey all!

    Hoping to make it to the gym in a bit for an official weigh in. At this point, on my scale I'm just going to stick with 120. :o) Its analog, not digital, so until I see the numbers at the gym, I'm not going to trust a thing!!!

    Hey Mandie! Hope it's not too late to join!

    December has been tough so far as I'm recovering from surgery and not allowed to exercise, and because there are just too many Christmas parties, but I am trying very very hard to maintain for now. None of that maintaining anymore from next week onwards though as I'll be back in the gym!

    MFP SW: 81kg
    Challeng SW: 78.2kg
    Goal weight by Valentine's day: 75kg
