I just got back from a communion in LI and logged in what I ate.
I went over 569 in cals, 60+ in fat and carbs!
I really didn't think it was that bad until....
I got to the ice cream sundae bar. I couldn't help myself!!!
I have nothing left to eat dinner. Not that I'm really hungry and too tired to work off the calories!
Good Lord! do I have to do some major work tomorrow!

    Must mean something different up north then here in the South because here, a Communion only offers bread and wine (or juice)!

    well I had one myself and I knew it was gonna be one of those uh oh's! so I had a big bowl of cereal and skim milk and a banana before we went and I only ate half my meal and NO dessert!!! lol I was shocked too!!! lol

    that's officially my new before party trick!!!! lmbo

    It was at a club with a HUUUUUUUGE buffet spread!
    I wish it was only bread and wine! I would have bypassed those!
