I am 5'8" and 175lb. I have a bad knee. what should i eat and what should i do?
1.low cal diet only
2. diet and light exercise
3. high protein and strength training
4. become a vega
5. eat paleo
6. eat clean
7. or do some diet clease, pill, drink, drop

I just have to get back on it cause my knees are feeling bad and i dont wasnt to buy bigger clothes
