where do i start?

I am 5'8" and 175lb. I have a bad knee. what should i eat and what should i do?
1.low cal diet only
2. diet and light exercise
3. high protein and strength training
4. become a vega
5. eat paleo
6. eat clean
7. or do some diet clease, pill, drink, drop
I just have to get back on it cause my knees are feeling bad and i dont wasnt to buy bigger clothes

Think about which of these options you would comfortably continue for the rest of your life. If you can't imagine sticking with an option long term, then it's not the right option for you.
