Package serving: One 15g pan-fried slice @ 90 cals each
After broiling the bacon and weighing it with my food scale 15g ended up being three slices... Is it safe to log this as one serving? I feel like I'm screwing myself over in the long run by underestimating.
Logging bacon gives me a headache pls halp

is the owording on the packaging "One 15g pan-fried slice @ 90 cals each"?
To my understanding it say 1 slice weighting 15gr of raw material, when cooked will give you 90 cals.0 -
The packaging specifically says one serving is a pan-fried 15g slice0
