After years of eating disorder, I caused much damage to my body. One of the most difficult damages is nausea .I'll explain myself - after everything I eat I feel sick and it's very hard for me to eat and keep my menu and it makes me narrow it down. Right now I really want to get my life beck and for that I need to gain 4 kgs. How can I improve the feeling after meals? Can I still do anything, Or is it a total loss?

The only thing I can think of is anti-nausea medications. I never knew such a thing existed outside of a hospital until recently, but now they even have some at the drugstore here (name brand "Nauzene"). Can you ask your doctor?0
