Starting Today -- With pic

Okay, I thought I was doing well, but thinking back to my eating habits, and my yo-yo exercising habits, I can see why I am at 201 lbs. Sooo...

I'm gonna try to update this everyweek. It's hard to tell with different clothes on, so all the rest will be with the same type of clothes, i.e. my workout clothes. I hate that this is my christmas mailer this year. Hopefully when I send them out again next year, they'll look a lot better.

    Good for you!!! THat's a good idea. Im just going to stick with before and after since I'm not disciplined enough to take weekly pictures but it'll be cool to see your success through the weeks!!!!
