So, I am currently defrosting turkey wings for dinner - planned on rubbing on spices, and then roasting! have searched 10 different websites and each give a different amount! Some are as low as 100cal for 100g, others are saying something like a wing is 800 calories!!

Can someone help?

Totally depends on the size of the wing and what's on it. Apart from that, most of the entries in the database for raw turkey wings don't include the bone (because seriously, who removes the bones before cooking?), so I have no idea.

What I'd do is cook them, weigh weigh the wings before you eat them, then weigh the bones, then enter the difference in the 'turkey wing, meat and skin, cooked, roasted' entry.

Ye I thought of doing that, I just like to plan my day so that I know how many calories I need for supper etc. I don't want to go over, but I have absolutely no clue what range we talking about, how much it could possibly be because every place says so different.
