1. I get my walk in every day.
2. I am on a schedule.
3. I am cooking dinner.
4. I drink more than 10 cups of water every day.
5. I am in a good mood.
6. I am up early in the morning and go to bed early.
7. I can see steady weight loss or other type of progress like clothes fitting better.
8. People around me are supportive.0 -
Watching that silly little ticker move down is amazingly motivation0

I'm Most Successful When...
1. I have food that makes maintaining/dieting easier (greek yogurt, protein bars, chicken, low-cal bread, vegetables, etc.).
2. I am constantly concious of caloric values that I consume.
3. I plan meals and stick to them.
4. I don't have to cook for others...which doesn't happen very often, seeing as I'm a married mama0
