    1. I sleep 8 hours a night.

    2. I plan out and log the next day the night before.

    3. I don't have my favourite junk food handy when I have a wicked craving.

    4. I stay focused on getting enough fiber and protein with getting too much sugar or fat.

    1. train hard in the morning , that way I know i wont eat unhealthy because of the work i had done.
    2. the missus helps me prepare the correct meals. Im hopless on my own.

    when...I'm in a good mood and stay focused when I'm not!

    Temptation is never higher than when I come home tired from a bad day at work and I just want to sit in front of the tv and eat!

    Yes, can relate to #7 for sure! :drinker: Water much better than wine.

    I eat healthy and exercise, and only eat "bad" food in moderation, and small amounts.

    I'm most successful when:

    1. I get my walk in every day.
    2. I am on a schedule.
    3. I am cooking dinner.
    4. I drink more than 10 cups of water every day.
    5. I am in a good mood.
    6. I am up early in the morning and go to bed early.
    7. I can see steady weight loss or other type of progress like clothes fitting better.
    8. People around me are supportive.

    I'm Most Successful When...

    1. I have food that makes maintaining/dieting easier (greek yogurt, protein bars, chicken, low-cal bread, vegetables, etc.).
    2. I am constantly concious of caloric values that I consume.
    3. I plan meals and stick to them.
    4. I don't have to cook for others...which doesn't happen very often, seeing as I'm a married mama ;)
