Did the 3 Day Cleanse Ready for the DASH Diet...

Hello My MFP Family! :)
I have been a member of MFP for a quite a while now, but have not been logging the past 3 months or so. I injured my foot working out and had to wear a boot for 8 weeks. I am ready to get back in the swing of things! I started by doing the Dr. Oz 3 day Detox Cleanse. I've done a cleanse before many years ago and it was a tough one and this one seemed pretty simple. I thought this would be a good idea being that I had negated my fitness and nutritional routine for a couple months.
Now that I've done the cleanse and lost close to 5 pounds, I am now considering the DASH DIET!!! Has anyone done this diet before? Please share the pros and cons. I've also started back working out (gradually) by walking approximately 2 miles a day at least 3 days a week. Any feedback is appreciated :) I've missed you guys!
