Hi Folks,
Im 27, Scottish, currently in Macae Brazil
I use this app to track my macros, more or less. Im on a calorie deficit just now as im trying to drop down some of my BF%.
Im in the gym quite a lot, train Muay Thai ( when i have the chance).
Currently sitting at 86.5kg, looking to get down to 84 while maintaining as much muscle mass as possible!.
Any way have fun! and remember exercise is nul and void without DIET!.

Great that you are enjoying your gym and Muay Thai very physical activities, you're quite right in saying that they do need a healthy nutrion based diet to sustain that level of activity.
