Best exercise for fat loss and increase fitness?

    Increasing fitness can be done a myriad of ways. Whether with cardio, HIIT, weight lifting, etc. Increasing intensity progressively in any of those will increase one's fitness over time.
    As for fat loss, exercise burns calories and some of it from fat, but the majority of fat is lost on a calorie deficit and AT REST.
