Hi, if i weight trained and did some cardio 3-4 times a week as well as eating healthy, when should i expect to see results?

Are you counting calories? Are you eating at maintenance? How long are you weight training for, what types of exercises? What are your weight loss goals? These are all variables in how or when you expect to see results.0
